All-Inclusive Fly Fishing Trips
If you’re looking for the kind of fly fishing experience where everything is handled for you, where the only thing you need to think about is your next swing and your next grab, our All-Inclusive Trips were built for exactly that. These are true destination-style adventures — remote lodges, wild rivers, jet boats, rafts, spey rods, chrome-bright fish, long days on the water, late dinners, and stories that get better every year you tell them. These trips are limited, highly seasonal, and fill fast every year. Once dates are gone, they’re gone.
Nor Cal Fly Guides
All-Inclusive Lower Klamath River Trip
The Lower Klamath is one of the most powerful, wild, and visually stunning steelhead rivers in the state. This trip places you within 30 miles of the Pacific Ocean, where steelhead are still chrome bright, sea-liced, and aggressive. With the removal of the dams, timing is shifting earlier in the season, and July is quickly becoming prime time.
This is a jet boat in and jet boat out adventure. There is technically a road into the lodge, but it adds nearly two extra hours of travel. The ride upriver alone is worth the price of admission — white-knuckle in low flows, glassy smooth in moderate flows, and jaw-dropping scenery at all times. Bring a camera.
Trip Cost
$550 per day, per angler
Minimum 2-night / 3-day stay — $1,650 minimum per angler
Double occupancy is required.
Maximum of 3 anglers per boat (experience recommended for 3 anglers).
Up to 5 anglers total with two boats when available.
What’s Included
Our Full Day guided trips include:
All essential gear – rods, reels, lines, flies, tippet, and other necessary equipment for the day
Use of drift boats, rafts, or jet boats where applicable
3rd party shuttle fees (when available)
You’re always welcome to bring your favorite rod, reel, or flies, as long as they’re appropriate for the water we’re fishing. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know in advance.
Not included:
Fishing licenses, steelhead/salmon report cards, waders, boots, or rain gear.
Fishing & What to Expect
With colder water moving downriver and cooler flows after dam removal, the fish are showing earlier and staying aggressive longer. Early season brings large numbers of half-pounders with adult fish mixed in. As the season progresses into August, September, and October, both the size and the numbers continue to build.
We are fishing within striking distance of Blue Creek, and we intercept summer-run steelhead, fall-run steelhead, and fish pushing in from both the Klamath and Trinity systems. These fish are hot, mean, and unpredictable.
Most of the fishing is done with light tips, polyleaders, versileaders, tapered leaders, grease lining, and skating presentations. Heavy sink tips are rarely needed unless you specifically want to target salmon for the table.
If conditions allow, guests may also use kayaks at the lodge to access gravel bars and additional water at their leisure.
Daily flow is built around early morning fishing, mid-day breaks during heat when needed, and late evening sessions that often extend to dark. Expect long days, sore arms, and unforgettable grabs.
If water temperatures rise beyond ethical limits on the Klamath, we simply pivot to the Trinity River and keep the rods bent.
Logistics & Experience
We launch from Terwer RV Park. Your vehicle is secured while we are upriver. Once we arrive at the lodge, rooms are assigned, breakfast is served, and the fishing begins immediately. On the final morning, luggage is loaded into the boat as we fish our way back downriver toward Klamath Glen.
This is a true off-grid lodge experience. Power is supplied by generator and propane. Internet is available but limited. Cell service is extremely limited. This is a place to unplug, swing flies, eat great food, and reset.

Fishing the Trinity on an All-Inclusive Schedule
This program focuses on early morning starts to stay in shaded, cold water. We fish through the day with breaks for streamside lunches and transition to subsurface presentations when the sun hits the water. Most fishing is centered around Del Loma, Willow Creek, and Junction City, depending on water temps and steelhead movement.
Early season brings classic skating conditions — muddlers on dry lines, light tips, and even grease-lined presentations. As the season progresses, subsurface swinging becomes dominant.
If Lower Klamath water is ever too warm to “ETHICALLY” fish, the Trinity becomes the automatic replacement river — with the added bonus of better cellular service and full WiFi at the lodge.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at the time of booking and can be made by Check, Venmo, or Zelle. For gratuities, please bring cash.
Cancellations outside of 90 days may receive either a full refund or credit toward a future trip. Inside of 90 days, refunds are only issued if replacement anglers fully fill all scheduled days of your trip. No exceptions. We will make every effort to fill your spot, but it cannot be guaranteed.
